RMBL: Details of this Research Plan
Research Project Number: 2010-587
Research Project Title: Life history, phenology, and reproductive success of glacier lilies
Investigator: James Thomson
Abstract:: I will continue long-term observations (begun in 1990) on environmental factors influencing flowering, fruiting, and survival of glacier lily plants. I will conduct supplemental-pollination experiments to determine whether fruiting is limited by pollination deficits. Past experiments have detected a trend of deteriorating pollination service.
